About

Meredith Denning

I'm an environmental and diplomatic historian based in Washington, D.C. I'm in the middle of writing a dissertation about transnational water management in the Great Lakes for John McNeill at Georgetown University.

As a dual Canada-US citizen, I've spent years on both sides of the border and the way people work across it really interests me. In addition to history, I think about ecology, economics and how people cope with changes in their environment.
